Logitech G-Hub: A technological black hole. Don't install it. At all.
Logitech webcams: Pretty darn good. Logitech G-Hub app? Worse than worthless.
Awful, useless, unintuitive -- no, actually counter-intuitive -- software that claims to replace the pretty darned decent Logitech Capture for Logi webcams, but in fact is significant downgrade.
I gave up trying to use it to control my Logitech webcam settings. Terrible inexcusable technological black hole.
I hate G Hub with a passion
G Hub has to be the biggest piece of garbage I have ever experienced. I FOOLISHLY decided to download it to customize my headset's settings. Biggest mistake of my life. It kept cutting my mic off from chat programs all the time, and I couldn't figure out why. At first, I thought it was discord's fault because that garbage is made by incompetent furries, but this time, it wasn't their fault. No, instead it was the fault of an absolute heap of a barely functioning program made by even more incompetent losers. I don't see how you could make a program needed to customize a headset and make the program screw up one of its main functionalities. It's like having an electric screwdriver, but the head is just a girthy ball that could never actually be useful.
The absolute pile that this software is makes me think Logitech likely puts the same effort into everything; therefore, I will never buy a Logitech product again and will tell all my friends to do the same.

Quick warranty service
The support team at Logitech were quick to respond and dispatch a replacement for a G915 keyboard warranty claim. Had the replacement keyboard in my hands within a week. Thank you!

Horrible and unstable junkware
This has to be the most horrid piece of software written. It crashes all the time, gives false key presses. presses random keys.
Have to restart it just to get the keyboard working again.
They spend way too much time making it pretty, instead of making it work properly.

i hope someone sees this and tries to make it right. worst customer service experience ever.
headset arrives with no microphone on the 7th of august.
i go back and forth with them on emails for just under 2 weeks, constant new tickets being created, no follow up emails when they tell me to wait 24-48 hours, terrible customer support, decided to call them and get told if i want to receive anything i have to then send the headset back, wait 1-3 weeks for a refund when they receive it? asked for atleast a partial refund they said no. im unsure as to why the customer support was so bad on this side, considering i had an issue with astro recently and it went perfectly well, this on the other hand, a waste of energy. will most likely never use logitech in the future.
G Hub is a horrible horrible thing
G Hub is a horrible horrible thing. You spend time setting up macros and then, roughly once every couple of weeks it greets you with `Welcome to your Logitech product`. All the settings, all macros everything gone. Stay away

I personally don't get all the negative reviews here. I am extremely happy with Logitech and its services. Using Logitech for many years and never had any issues with their services. Got a mouse with a problem, but after contacting them (and the product is within warranty) their service was great. Troubleshooting, testing, and more. They are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. I had a hardware problem and it was replaced with a replacement. Again, I dont get all the negativity here.

Tech Support is crap like their products
Now have a third fault in 18 months from new in G923 racing wheel. Got a Ticket for Tech Support but no help forthcoming. Logitech Support is as bad as Thrustmaster and Fanatec total rubbish. Don't buy Logitech gaming gear it is junk these days. And further on wheel is getting worse don't buy from this company stuff and Support is rubbish.

I use their headset G635, mouse G502 and keyboard G512 and I love it! I had some problems with the headset cable but I fixed the issue quickly.
Their Logitech G Hub is awful .. but u get used to it.

Abysmal product and technical support…
Abysmal product and technical support as bad as Thrustmaster and Fanatec. They take your money then won't give adequate support. Don't buy racing wheels from Logitechg the force feed back is pathetically weak. Rubbish help with updating software and firmware. Total shambolic conpany

Their stockhouse is run by sloths. How lazy can you be to not dispatch your items within 2 weeks.
I understand it is a pandemic, BUT that would likely affect the actual shipping time, not the time needed to physically packet and ship an IN STOCK item. 2 weeks to dispatch is ridiculous

Avoid the G604; it's dreadful
I bought a G604 in April last year. The right mouse button stopped working in November, so I RMAed it. Whilst waiting for the RMA to complete, I bought a replacement G604, as I needed a good mouse for gaming, reasoning that I would have the RMAed G604 as a backup. That G604 I bought in November lasted three weeks before the scroll wheel stopped working, so I returned that to Amazon and bought a THIRD G604 in December. That was dead out of the box; the left button didn't work. I returned that to Amazon. Oh, I finally got a replacement to the mouse I RMAed in November, in February. It's sitting in the box on my shelf.
I'm done with Logitech now. I bought a Swiftpoint Z in December and it works perfectly.

Top class gaming mice!
Bought a G703 lightspeed wireless gaming mouse, had it six months and it is great, works perfectly, the ghub desktop app wasn't good, but im happy to say they updated it and it is much better now!
Utterly garbage
Utterly garbage. Never seen such a terrible customer service. Always refers to email support (slowest ever), tells me to wait for emails more than 5 times for a simple concern, and they never ever got back to me within the time they said. Have been waiting for a total of 3 months for something that could have taken a few minutes over phone or chat. Returns, warranties etc is just the biggest nightmare ever.
My advice: Don't ever, and I mean it, don't ever buy anything from Logitech. If you are really desperate for their products, buy it from a trusted retailer of yours.

This company gives no, what so ever update on their delayed product. The mouse I have been waiting for is the most expensive on the market, and was supposed to be delivered in December according to the company that retails their products in Sweden. Now the christmas holiday have passed and honestly it feels ruined as I have little spared time to game otherwise..
I am hearing from other persons that they won't deliver until February but no where is this information to be found. Please just choose another company when you have the chance.
